LOVELO

The new Sony A7Siii came out recently, and I was able to get one once they became available to me! This is a short film I made with my little brother in my family’s backyard. It was all improvised, from the shots to the story line and the actions. We started at about 5:30pm right around sunset and we finished filming after an hour once we ran out of light. I was able to finish the edit by the end of the night with sound effects, music, putting the story line together, color grading and the whole thing. It was a fun little project to be able to work with especially getting to use 10 Bit log profiles! I will hopefully soon be making more and more short films here and there in the near future!

Be Kind

This is a video I made with my friends and their family. During the Pandemic in 2020 Adobe and Marshmello teamed up to create this challenge to inspire kindness around the world and challenged people to find a way to show kindness through video. Sadly I did not win, but I don’t feel that was my only goal with this video. I wanted to contribute to the further spread of showing simple kindness. Simplicity in kindness goes a long ways. A smile when walking by can change someone’s life. A plate of cookies can show that you care about someone enough to take the time to do something for them and the list goes on.
